      A very rich experience!

      1 month email coaching with Traci was great. She always responded very quickly and kept encouraging me to dig deeper to really discover the core ( sometimes deeply hidden) beliefs that I held. I learned the steps to rewrite my old unfavorable beliefs. It was a very rich experience examining what my unfavorable conditionings were and learning to release them. I am still integrating what I've learned and I will keep practicing. I know I will get better and better.
